Aluclad Systems Limited

The Aluclad story began with Marcin Majkowski’s progression through the façades industry. Starting on the tools, he demonstrated the technical ability and leadership that led first to supervisory responsibility, then project management and ultimately a senior operational role.

While delivering major façade projects, Marcin helped develop a specialist aluminium coping solution for a complex access requirement. He also recognised the scale of demand for architectural aluminium products across the market and proposed creating a dedicated manufacturing business.

The proposal was backed, and Aluclad Systems Limited was established with Marcin as shareholder and Managing Director. The business combines manufacturing capability with the practical understanding of contractors, designers and installers.

Aluclad supplies high quality architectural aluminium products and continues to develop its client base, product capability and European manufacturing relationships. Its progress reflects a central principle behind Marcus’s investments: identify capable people, give them responsibility and support them in building lasting value.
